Como ya se ha hecho tradición desde el año 2002, se ha publicado la lista de los mejores 50 restaurantes del mundo, publicación organizada por Restaurant Magazine, en colaboración con algunas de las mejores marcas relacionadas al mundo de la gastronomía; S. Pellegrino, American Express, Molteni, entre otros. El jurado estuvo formado por reconocidos chef´s a nivel mundial y críticos especializados en la Alta Cocina, dicha lista esta respaldada por el museo de las Ciencias de Londres. La lista es la siguiente:
